MARES Members - RM80.00 (Inclusive of revision materials and tea breaks)

Non-Members - RM100.00 (Inclusive of revision materials and tea breaks)

Revision only - RM70.00 (Inclusive tea breaks)

Registration & Payment:

Participation for the classes will be based on first come first serve basis. Class is limited to maximum 35 participants. Please register early. Participants are required to submit completed class registration form and make full payment, NOT LATER than the class registration deadline. Otherwise, participation to the class will not be confirmed. Class registration deadline is on 6 November 2009 (Friday).

Payment can be made:

By cash payment to Abdul Mutalib 9M2SQL (017- 6391632) or by cash deposit to Bank Islam account 14-041-01-005646-4 (Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kecemasan Radio Amatur Malaysia).Please keep the proof of payment information (bank cash deposit slip).
